ExploreOEM & ODM BELT DEVELOPMENT
Choose the right route for your belt project.
OEM adapts an established belt platform to your brand. ODM develops a new product direction around the wearer, use case and market brief.

OEM / CUSTOMISE AN EXISTING PLATFORM
Move faster with a proven belt construction.
Select an established nylon, elastic, tactical, EDC, braided or canvas belt, then align its strap, buckle, colour, branding and packaging with your collection.
- Model and construction selection
- Material, colour and hardware alignment
- Logo, label and packaging development

ODM / DEVELOP A NEW PRODUCT DIRECTION
Shape a belt around a distinct market opportunity.
Start with the target customer and intended use. FKY turns the brief into a coordinated strap, buckle and component direction, with a defined sample and project-specific tooling route.
- Wearer, use case and product positioning
- Buckle, strap and component integration
- Sample and project-specific tooling review
FKY FACTORY & PROJECT TEAM
Manufacturing expertise, connected to your project team.
FKY brings its Shenzhen belt manufacturing environment and buyer-facing support together for custom fabric belt development, sampling, production coordination and quality review.

PATENTS, OEKO-TEX® & PRODUCT DOCUMENTATION
Design capability backed by patents and project-ready documentation.
For OEM and ODM programmes, FKY develops proprietary buckle structures and custom fabric-belt concepts around the buyer's product brief. The documentation portfolio includes multiple patent certificates, OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 references and product test reports. Compliance use must be confirmed against the certificate holder, article scope, validity, selected material, approved sample and destination-market requirements.
- Patent & design development
- Review patented buckle structures and belt concepts as evidence of FKY's product-development capability; availability and IP scope vary by project and market.
- OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100
- Match the applicable certificate and article scope to the selected webbing, elastic or finished belt.
- Product tests & project records
- Confirm the test method, result, document validity and approved sample before retail or compliance use.
SELECTED BRAND COOPERATION
Experience shaped by different product briefs.
FKY has supported brand and sourcing teams with custom fabric belt development, from webbing and buckle selection to colour, logo and packaging coordination.
Each programme is defined by its own product, market and approval requirements. Brand marks are shown as selected cooperation references; project scope and programme status vary.

Discuss your belt project01Which fabric belt constructions can FKY develop?
FKY develops nylon, elastic, tactical, EDC, braided and canvas belt programmes. The practical starting point is the intended wearer, use case, strap feel and buckle operation—not a one-size-fits-all catalogue choice.
02What is the difference between OEM and ODM belt development?
OEM starts from an existing belt direction and adapts materials, buckle, colour, logo and packaging to your brief. ODM begins earlier, with product definition, design development and project-specific tooling or mould work where required.
03Can the buckle and strap be customised together?
Yes. Buckle geometry, finish and branding should be reviewed together with strap width, construction, colour and end treatment so the final belt reads as one coherent product.
04How do we choose the right model for our market?
Share the target market, wearer profile, positioning, expected use and preferred price architecture. FKY can then compare suitable series, identify trade-offs and define an approved sample direction before production decisions are made.
05Can FKY support private-label logo and packaging development?
Logo application and packaging can be developed as part of the same project brief. Available routes depend on the selected buckle surface, material, finish, packaging format and approved sample.
06How are product performance and compliance confirmed?
Construction, fit, finish and intended-use requirements are reviewed against the selected model and approved sample. Documentation and test scope should be matched to the product, destination market and buyer specification.
07What should we include in a first project enquiry?
Include the belt type, target customer, intended use, preferred materials, buckle direction, colour, branding, packaging and estimated quantity. Reference images or artwork can be attached to the enquiry form.
